What’s your background?
I come from a solid marketing background. I worked as a general marketer for many years before the introduction of social media and digital marketing. I had a broad knowledge of the marketing space, having worked in the industry for a long time and gaining experience across various areas.
What role did Lets Recruit help you find?
I now work as an SEO specialist for Sort Group. I’ve been here for about six weeks and have really enjoyed the opportunity to properly deep dive into how search engines work and how we can use their features to our advantage.
I had never worked in SEO, PPC, or any other roles strictly related to social media and websites. However, I hold a CIM diploma, a digital marketing qualification I pursued to upskill myself as digital marketing became the industry norm.
